Balmoran Dust A magical healing concoction.

Ancient god of warriors popular in much of Aggradar.

Bannocks

A unleavened flat cake made from barley and oats. Of Bathyn origin.

Barakose Swamp

Large swampland located between Mercia and the Baen Desert.

Barakus Clans

An ancient group of warrior clans that arose during the Age of Dawning.

Baranov

One of the ruling iron citadels of the Iron States.

Barkrest Tree

A common fruit-bearing tree.

Barrett's Syndrome A viral infection that affects memory and intelligence.

Barrinor

One of the Elder Gods of Ithria. God of Honor, Courage, Chivalry, Law, Order, Justice, Truth and Duty.

Barulda The god of death, suffering, sickness, plague and corruption. One of the Dark Lords.

Barulda’s Shadow

A poisonous lichen identical to azure blessing.
Bathyn The language of the bathyn people.

Bathyn

A human subrace of nomadic horsemen that dwell in the western grasslands of Ithria.

Bathynia

A nation of human warrior horse-clans that dwell on the western coast.

Battas

Sturdy, circular, wooden houses used by the Borrellians.

Battle of the Burning Wood

A famous battle in which Lorithimar the Sorcerer King was defeated and the Aukarian Republic reclaimed its freedom.

Battle of the Fire Cliffs

Climactic battle where the Ranyku defeated the Ky’Tek Church.

Battle Spice

A bright orange fleshy root, that, if eaten, induces a frenzied battle rage and an adrenalin rush.

Battle Tongue

An abbreviated version of the ogre language used in battle conditions.

Battledraught A magical potion that greatly accelerates healing.
Bay of Arratan A large bay in the northern coast of Qeshir and in the territory of the Padashan Empire.
Bay of Okslad A long, narrow bay at the heart of Magrakor.
Bay of Tears A large bay on the southern coast of Aggradar between Magrakor and the Sybrenar Imperium.

Bazile

Capital city of Ethara.

Behemoth

A large shaggy arctic quadruped capable of astounding feats of strength, but slow-moving. Occasionally used as a pack beast in the northern parts of Ithria.

Bekai The ruins of the once great capital city of the Thullian Empire. Located at the edge of the Snowy Timber forest in eastern Ithria.

Bel-Helizar

An ancient and evil deity. The first and most powerful of the Dark Lords.

Belskanar A female dragon that lairs in the Gynfeld Forest near the Kingdom of Anquar.
Bendothi A secret writing system used by the Black Sorcerers for the their spells.
Berosh A saurian giant and leader of the Brotherhood of the Serpent Tongue.

Binding, The

Baenite marriage ceremony.

Biomancy

A field of magical study that deals with affecting the body, for good or ill.

Bitter Bay A large bay that lies on the western Aggradar coast.

Bitter Loaf

A chewy grey bread of dwarven origin.

Bitterberry Tree

A large round tree that bears a single red berry near the top which has healing properties.

Black Mead

A Normidian drink of fermented honey, molasses and spices.

Black Mushroom

A large fleshy edible mushroom common in most forests.

Black Orchid

The flagship of the Rukemian Imperial fleet.

Black Pearl A well known tavern in the city of Freeport.

Black Razor Fin

A freshwater fish with a razor sharp dorsal fin.

Blackroot A plant whose edible roots can be brewed, smoked or chewed.

Black Rye

A common dark bread from the southern lands.

Black Sorcerers

The powerful and reclusive group of mages who hold a position of power in Duthelm.

Blackwells A small magical school in the capital city of Tykron.
Blackwood One of the major towns and clan strongholds of Bathynia.
Bladebinding Salve A powerful magical healing salve which cures all wounds caused by the blade it is applied to.
Blades of Elarim A set of twin magical blades.

Blood Drinker

A legendary sword crafted during the Great War which was enchanted so as to steal strength and life energy from opponents and grant them to its wielder.

Blood Feasting

A celebration held in the Coalition to celebrate its founding.

Blood Fever A common bacterial infection that results in bleeding sores.

Blood Lords

A large and well organized criminal organization in Ipotal.

Blood Opal

A deep red precious gemstone.

Blood Roach

A small carnivorous insect life form that infests damp dark places with colony nests.

Bloodroot

A red fleshy root with medicinal properties that aid in stopping bleeding.

Bloodseeker A type of magical arrow that will seek its prey once it has tasted its blood.
Bloodtusks The largest and most aggressive bandit group in Fyrren's Wandering.

Blood War

A full scale war being waged between the Sybren Imperium and all surrounding nations.

Board Wrestling

A popular magrakian sport where two combatants have wooden boards strapped to their arms and then beat each other.

Bodikur Lord Mayor of the Free City of Ithell.
Boethar One of the eight ruling clans of Normidia.
Bogling A primitive race of aquatic amphibious humanoids that live in tribal communities in wetland areas.
Bonecrusher A powerfully enchanted war hammer.
Bone Hill The ruins of a stronghold which was once the home of the legendary wizard Alrem Evarel.
Bone Horror A magically created undead creature which often takes the form of a spider made of human bones.
Bone Mask of Azul A magical and wholly evil enchanted mask fashioned from the bones of a demon.
Bone Shield A powerful necromantic shield fashioned from human bones.
Bonnyweld One of the major towns and clan strongholds of Bathynia.
Book of Guilds A book published once every five years in the Drakkellian Alliance that lists information about all of the ruling guilds in the Alliance.
Borakar A large tropical jungle island that lies between Ithria and Qeshir known for dangerous wildlife and the only known source for spice crystals.

A region between Anquar and Padashan.

Bore Worm

Small deadly worms that burrow through living flesh.

Borrell

A realm of northern barbarians.

Borrellian

A race of northern barbarians.

Borrellish

The borrellian language.

Bottomless Lake

Lake in the Northern Tusks that is bottomless according to legend.

Boshok's Iron Fist An enchanted iron hand which must be grafted to the stump of an arm to function.
Boulivar Flats A desolate rocky region in Aggradar known for little vegetation, noxious vapors and stagnant pools.

Braxtierny

An Iron State citadel that was destroyed in a volcanic explosion, killing King Tomar VII and began the current warring between all the citadels.

Breek Tubers

A starchy white tuber native to the Aukarian Republic.

Breinstauer

One of the ruling iron citadels of the Iron States.

Brennag

A major town in Vaul.

Bren’Tarr

The first Borrellian, according to Borrellian mythology

Brie

The Phellysian bobcat house and the god of that house and of kindness.

Briny Sea

The sea that lies between the continents of Aggradar and Qeshir. Known for high mineral content which gives it a foamy appearance during storms. This sea is heavily traveled.

Broadlands A vast grasslands region in Qeshir which is home to the primitive Mytharians.

Bromat

The primary god of the Magrakians.

Bronst

One of the independent towns of the Iron States.

Brookmyre

A Normidian region and seat of Clan Kelldroth.

Brotherhood of the Serpent Tongue

One of the seven ruling groups of the Coalition.

Bruce One of the clans of Bathynia.

Brulan

The capital city of the Aukarian Republic.

Brush Hawk

A common bird of prey found in dry, southern realms, especially throughout the Sentinel Mountains.

Bryerton One of the major towns and clan strongholds of Bathynia.

Bugbane

A squat tree with a foul odor that repels insects of all kinds.

Burning, The A malady caused by long term exposure to Orichalcum dust. Tends to affect miners in Orichalcum mines.

Burrow Hound

An ugly and aggressive rodent/canine fusion which hunts in packs and is sometimes tamed and used by orcs.  

Byrel

The second innermost planet of the Khorasian system and the closest planet to Khoras.
