Dakoracs A two headed dragon that lives in the Sentinel Mountains of Ithria.
Dalmoran The reigning demi-god King of Anquar.
Damogoth The capital city of the Sybren Imperium.

Baenite worship gathering.

Daramis

The god of thievery, aAdventure, risk, luck, gambling, revelry, fellowship. widely worshiped in Ithria.

Darijun Jungle

A dense jungle in eastern Qeshir.

Darkloaf

A dense, dark bread common in the northern lands.
Darklore The official state sponsored magical academy in the Citadel run by the Black Sorcerers.
Darkmist An alchemical elixir that creates an inky black cloud when exposed to air.
Darksight Potion A common magical elixir that grants the ability to see in the dark.

Darkwing

A bat of enormous size that dwells in cliff caverns.

Darkwood

A large forest northeast of Carrikos said to be infested with all manner of dark forces and monsters.
Dathkandra A Normidian town that lies at the mouth of the Dathkis River.

Darzek Tribes

An ancient group of primitive tribes from the Age of Dawning.

Dasjanite

A non-magical mineral with a unique "inertial repulsion" property. Also called Floating Stone.

Dawn’s Gathering

A daily ritual of the Xorians in which all gather at dawn to greet Xor and any new Xorians he created during the night.

Death Blossom

A large tropical flower with a poisonous scent.

Death Chant

Ritual prayer said during avarian funerals.

Death Curse

Phenomenon in which a xorian corpse rots quickly and generates a virulent toxin for about a day.
Death’s Door A great stone seal built on the entrance to the Mines of Morgoth in the city of Shidar.

Death Wing

A variant name for Setharus, the avarian god of death.

Deathgrip Tree

An ugly swamp tree that feeds on animal life forms by trapping them with its soft, sticky bark.
Deathmauler Tree A partially sentient carnivorous tree that dwells in the Desolation of Shidar.
Deathnull Potion A very powerful potion that can literally restore life to the recently deceased.
Deathsleep Potion A potent magical sleeping potion.

Deck of Desire

A magical deck of cards that randomly bestow blessings and curses.

Dellaren

A Rukemian province.
Demetrius Former arch magus of the Rukemian Empire and one of the most powerful wizards in eastern Ithria.
Dengon One of the seven provinces of the nation of Magrakor
Desert Speech The dominant language used in central Qeshir and much of the Padashan Empire.
Desert Sponge A small, ugly plant that grows in deep desert whose roots can be used as a water source.

Desert Strider

A species of tall, slender bipedal lizards that dwell in the Baen desert and are used by the Baenites as steeds because of their strength and speed.

Desolation

A plague ridden outlawed badlands region of Chaddamar.
Deth A lich that rules over the Shrine of Lost Souls in the Citadel.
Digger Root A native plant of the Desolation with a unique method of defense.
Dirachi One of the Alakubu tribes of the Fire Isles.

Discipline

A specific area of magical study.
Dithwon A tree native to western Qeshir. Notable for its fragrant blossoms.
Dome of Heaven The throne room of the imperial palace in the city of Aramanda and one of the architectural wonders of the world.
Dominion, The A common name used for the Trossoli Dominion.
Doth The ruins of the capital city of the Traxx League. Located in the Barakose Swamp.
Dothan One of the major towns and clan strongholds of Bathynia.
Douni The currently reigning king of Ormek.
Drachens One of the eight ruling clans of Normidia and the current ruling clan.

Drachensmire

A Normidian region and seat of Clan Hulath.

Draconians

Saurian priests and disciples who worship dragons.

Dragon

A huge, winged lizard capable of exhaling a stream of fire. Only a few dozen of these ancient creatures exist, but they have long life spans and are very difficult to kill.

Dragon Dagger

An ancient magical dagger designed to enchanted to kill saurians and other reptiles.

Dragon Eel

A species of very dangerous predatory six meter long eels that hunt in the shallow waters along the coast.

Dragon Hound

A ferocious, predatory winged quadruped similar in size and shape to a canine.
Dragon Maw Cannon A common name for the Wrath Cannon, a shoulder fired rocket propelled weapon used by Chaddamar soldiers against the Horde.

Dragon Spittle

An alchemical weapon. There is also an orcish spiced ale of the same name.

Dragon Star

A precious gemstone known for a radiant center.

Dragonsclaw Mountains

Desolate stretch of mountains north of Normidia which is home to many foul beasts including at least two dragons.
Dragonslayer Helm A legendary magical helm fashioned from the scales of a dragon.
Dragonsnake The largest snake species in the world.
Drake A variety of small winged reptiles.

Drakkel

Capital city of the Drakkellian Alliance.

Drakkellian Alliance

An alliance of cities united under an economic oligarchy which controls much of the trade in the south.

Drakkellin

The language spoken by the merchants in the market squares of the Drakkellian Alliance. Also known as Barter Talk.
Drakonar A large scaled reptile with two pairs of wings. Distantly related to true dragons. Native to Aggradar.
Draxorith One of the Dark Lords... worshiped as the patron deity of Duthelm.

Dreadwood

A haunted forest in the central grumman lands.

Dredgebeetle

A large non-aggressive bottom feeding aquatic beetle found in harbors and shallow seas.

Dregs

A lawless, quarantined sector of Tyrrenkor.

Drellikar

Name of the star before it split into a binary star.

Drellis

The blue dwarf of the binary star which Khoras orbits.

Drellis Effect

A cyclical fluctuation in magical power on Khoras which occurs due to stellar phases of the twin stars.

Drellisite

A deep blue crystal which emits dark essence and interferes with the flow of normal magic.

Dren

A Rukemian copper coin.
Drenmoragin God of Crafts, Trade, Barter, Wealth and Power. One of the Celestials.
Dreth Dreth was the primary magical coding script used by mages throughout the Traxx Legion in ages past. It is now a dead system.
Drognot A mountain dwelling carnivore that resembles a winged bull.

Drokmire

A Rukemian gold coin.

Dronik Ocean

The large sea that lies south of Aggradar.

Drugen’s Trek

The journey the dwarves undertook through the cavernous underworld to escape the dythillins and the War of Caverns.
Drunger One of the seven provinces of the nation of Magrakor
Drylands The vast arid interior of the Padashan Empire.

Dry Rations

A mixture of dried biscuits, salted meat and dried vegetables that does not spoil quickly.
Duchye A town in the land of Eshtar.
Dunbar One of the clans of Bathynia.
Dune Strider A tall lean reptilian biped native to the deserts of Ithria and used by the Baenites as a steed.

Dung Fly

A large, grotesque black fly - the mature form of the bore worm.

Dunlyn

Capital city of the Khenshire.
Dunsha A dense, unleavened bread which is common in the Padashan Empire.

Durgung

An armored desert pack hunter.

Durogar

A dwarven sailing vessel. Specifically, a squat, thick hulled tri-level, two masted cargo ship that sails underground rivers and lakes.

Duthelm

A small, but powerful kingdom of humans and humanoids ruled by an evil queen. Located in the southern Ice Rocks Mountains.

Duthelmian War

The formal name for that conflict which is more often called the "War of Demons", a small war fought between Duthelm and Kitar.
Dwarf A race of subterranean humanoids and one of the major races of the world.
Dwargrum A fairly common racial hybrid between dwarves and grum

Dwarven

The language of the dwarves which consists of three dialects: Common, Grand and Noble.

Dweomer

Carrikosian copper coin.

Dythillin

A monstrous creature that vaguely resembles a humanoid, bipedal crustacean. Often trained and used by the sarthak.
