Teleport arrows are always found in pairs. Both arrows are identical and have a blunt head instead of a bladed tip. The head of one or both is usually scratched and dented. The head of each is cube shaped and bears runes on each face.
These arrows were recently developed by the Order of Karnus in Anquar to help the Resistance fighters. Several pair have been made in the last two centuries. They are most likely to be found in Anquar, but due to the nature of the item, they are long lasting and have traveled far.
Teleport arrows come in pairs of identical arrows. If one arrow is fired, the second arrow will teleport to its location. Anyone holding or carrying the second arrow will be teleported with it. With this arrow, the archer can quickly teleport to any location within bow range. It can also be used to teleport someone else. In the past, it has been used to make quick escapes, send warriors over walls and into high towers and even to kidnapping opponents by teleporting them into the waiting arms of the enemy.
This arrow is unaffected by the Drellis effect and will functionally normally in any stellar phase.
The glyphs on the five faces of the cube shaped head are magical glyphs of the Lasyne magical writing system. A wizard might recognize the glyphs as Lasyne and be able to guess that the arrows are from Anquar. Any wizard fluent in Lasyne will recognize that the five glyphs have to do with teleportation.
If a pair of these arrows are kept apart for several days, one of them will eventually teleport to be with the other. It is believed that this function was added to retrieve lost teleport arrows and ensure that the pair would always stay together.
