This ring appears as a plain band of gold with strange letters engraved on the outside. It is not bejeweled.

History

This item was created by an Alliance Mage Lord named Tulykon. According to legend, he was to face another wizard in a duel and his opponent relied heavily upon magic items. The outcome of the duel depends on who is telling the tale. In any case, it is unimportant. This ring is the only one of its kind. It has been discovered, fought over, claimed, lost, searched for and recovered countless times through the ages. 

Enchantment

This ring is enchanted such that it can effect and control other magic items that are within one hundred yards of the ring wearer. It's exact functions are as follows: 

  1. The ring can "steal" and use the power of another magic item that is within 100 yards.
  2. Control and/or activate another magic item that is within 100 yards.
  3. Disrupt and undo the magical effects of a spell or item. This power is useable thrice per day.
  4. Enhance the power of spells cast by the wearer (if the wearer is a spell caster).

This item functions normally through all stellar phases.
